Wolf Geisler

Wolf has acted as LEED® facilitator on more than 21 LEED® projects. As a LEED® professional and as a Senior Design Architect, Wolf can develop and evaluate sound design rationale that is rooted in sustainable principles, with a demonstrated knowledge of green construction technology combined with an architectural design background. Wolf is known as a team player and for his hard work ethic and his dedication to the profession as well as to the green building movement.
Through his varied career he has been responsible for design and project supervision, development of design strategies sensitive to cost control, consultant coordination, contract administration and client liaison. As a Senior Design Architect, his extensive history of work on a variety of building types demonstrates a grounding in a practical design sensitivity, a honest use of materials and an efficiency of form that together with his creative design ability results in practical and often unique solutions to clients needs. This approach to finding the most effective and efficient solution in a manner that recognizes the larger context is carried throughout his involvement with producing a sustainable and efficient built environment.
Steven Bushnell
B.Arch., AAA, SAA – Principal
As senior principal for ESDC, Steven Bushnell has extensive experience in the design of a full range of sustainably designed facilities including both LEED® and Green Globe. As an architectural designer, Steven brings 25 years of leadership and knowledge to the team. Working with Shaun Visser, Derek Sampson and Wolf Geisler, the overall evolution of each LEED® and sustainability project is appropriately facilitated to meet successfully, functionally and practically each facility’s specific requirements
